Hi,I'm Katie. I had a rough start in life and was fixed as a feral but my foster mom can tell you how very playful and sweet I am. She saw past all the stickers in my matted fur and into my squishy heart and took me in. The vet couldn't tell how old I am, or why I shake and I'm not telling. What happened at the colony, stays at the colony. I have a neurological condition that makes me shake and shimmy and I sometimes lose my balance but I have a real cute wiggle when I walk. The vet said I am healthy and I don't require medication, which is a good thing because medicine is yucky!!
I would love to have a family with some older kids to play with me and my favorite toys, but I would rather be an only cat child so that I don't have to share you with another kitty. Besides, if you promise not to tell, sometimes I don't always want to play nice with other kitties. Shhh, secret club XXXX |

DSH black kittenI am such a handsome boy with huge round eyes! I have lost my one white whisker though. I love to play with my foster siblings, including the dog. I also like to play with my foster mom (both human and cat). I was raised by December after my momma got sick. I do like my new role as "big brother" to the new fosters. But, as much fun as they are, I would like my own "fur-ever" home. My human foster mom says that although I am stingy with my kisses, I get you right on the nose. She says these kisses mean alot. Sammy is a super sweet tabby. There's nothing wrong with her that a special dry food won't fix. She's on that food now in her foster home and is just perfect. The problem? She really needs her own home and for whatever reason, we haven't found a permanent home that isn't daunted by that. It's not even a super expensive or hard to find one! She eats either Science Diet dry OR Paul Newman Adult Cat Formula. Either dry food is easily found at a local pet store, and 1 bag of food costs about $15 (a days scoop will cost about 50 cents) and lasts almost a month. That's it! Please consider taking Sammy home! |

I look like a Russian princess wrapped up in an elegant chinchilla coat (except no animal was harmed, because this is my very own coat). I would love to sit with you and let you run your fingers thru my silky fur if you promise to give me a little time to get to know you. I'm not one of those easy girls that you hear about.
I love to play and I love other kitty buddies too. Sometimes I get a little scared, but I love to cuddle and jump up on your lap.

Beanie is a sibbling to two siamese kitties and the first week up for adoptions they both went. Unfortunately, Beanie is a black cat and they are last to get adopted if they even get adopted. URGENT - My foster mommy is allergic to me. Michael – upon first glance at those liquid amber eyes and the orange markings on his head, you’d think that Michael looks familiar, perhaps he reminds you of an exotic breed, the Turkish Van. Unfortunately, Michael’s markings are the only similarity with regard to that breed. Michael is a very mellow, loving domestic short hair cat. When in a one on one meeting, Michael dominates the scene with his beguiling ways of rolling on the floor, looking up at you and almost begging to be held and loved. He is known to do this to most every stranger he meets, as long as surroundings are not chaotic. Michael is a young male who is determined to have a better life for himself. Abandoned recently, Michael took it upon himself to be found and cared for. He has met up with the right rescue group, because Michael needed some medical attention which requires him to take a small pill once a day for the rest of his life. Michael’s new family will have to be willing to give him the medicine daily and it will cost no more than $2.00 a month to keep the seizures down. Other than the daily medication requirements, Michael wants a family that will spoil him with lots of love and attention. He does get along with other cats who have his easy going temperament. |

Did not speak to me for 24 hours after her spay! Can you say "holds a grudge"? Loves to cuddle and purr. Sleeps on the bed, plopped back to back with me. Millie aka "Silly Millie" is a black and white short haired kitty. She was born around 5/09. She is a sibling of Annie. Millie may be small but she is big in personality. Her personality is very sweet and playful. With all her silly antics, she makes it impossible not to fall in love with her. She has a loud purr and loves affection. She gets so close to your face that she will then rub her little nose into your nose. She is the instigator of all things playful. She likes to play with all kinds of toys and play chase with other kitties like her sibling Annie. Millie loves to come close for affection or to lay beside you. Millie and her sister Annie are very bonded together and would like to be adopted together. She is an adorable riot at home but showcase scares her. Millie is microchipped and has been combo tested which she is Negative for both FIV/FeLV. |

Annie is a short haired gray tabby. She was born around 5/09. She is the sibling of Millie. Annie has a gentle sweet disposition. She needs to have another kitty around as a companion. She cries if she is without one of her buddies. She is very playful and loves affection. She is not fond of being picked up but she will follow you around the house all day long and sit or sleep by you wherever you are. She loves to play in any way she can. She is a mischievious little girl always looking for some form of entertainment and enjoys chasing the other cats around the house for some fun. She has beautiful green eyes. She is especially bonded with her sister Millie and hope they can be adopted together. They are a playful team. This is how she is at home but she is scared at showcase. Annie has been microchipped and is Negative for both FIV/FeLV. |

Spotted orange tabby. Approx DOB early-mid May 2009. Hugo is not only super handsome, he is also one super-cool dude. He has a very independent personality and lives life on his terms. He is full of play, ready to chase and tackle is sister or anything else that wiggles. Hugo is very tolerant of small, overly energetic, cat-friendly dogs. He enjoys affection from people, but prefers not to be "suffocated" with snuggles. Hugo is a good choice for anyone wanting a companion cat that isn't needy of a lap.

Dark Tortie. Kim is an energetic, happy girl with a touch of attitude that torties are so famous for. She is very affectionate with her foster mom- runs to greet mom and follows like a puppy until given her fair share of attention. She loves to play and chase with her foster buddies. Kim requires a "cat experienced" home. Because she still has a tendency to give love-nips, Kim is not suitable for a house with young children. Transitioning to a new home will be a little traumatic for Kim, and her instinct will be to hide and "stay away". It will be important to keep her in a small confined area until she feels safe and comfortable with her new people. Introduction to other pets should wait until she's settled. once adjusted, Kim will make a wonderful companion. |
