I understand that Purrfect Cat Rescue is assisting me with TNR (Trap Neuter and Release) of feral cats and/or kittens and that I am the one financially responsible for the cost of spay/neuter of these animals. I agree to pay the clinic in cash at time of services, to allow the cat(s) to recuperate before release, and to release them back where they were trapped. I further understand that Purrfect Cat Rescue has made no promises to me with regards to the health status of these animals, and if I choose to have the animal tested for FIV and FeLV and the animal is positive, I understand that the responsible thing to do is to have the animal humanely euthanized and agree to pay for this additional cost directly to the clinic or authorized vet. *
